Alberta: planned, not yet available.

We're building Alberta service on the roadmap. No office or Alberta-authorized professional is confirmed yet, so we don't take bookings here. Leave your email and we'll tell you the moment it opens.

Framework: Notaries and Commissioners Act (AB); Law Society of Alberta guidance; Land Titles Act (wet-ink originals).

Be first when Alberta opens.

We won't publish availability we can't staff. When a Alberta-authorized professional and verified workflow are live, you'll hear from us.

What the rules say: Video commissioning of affidavits and declarations is permitted in Alberta; land title matters require a practising Alberta lawyer, and wet-ink originals are still required for those. We are not yet taking Alberta bookings.

Physically in Ontario right now? Remote commissioning may already work for you — check your document.
