Illustrative sceneWe bring the client work
Marketing, search, intake and eligibility screening happen before a request reaches you. You take appointments; the platform finds and qualifies the customer.
You set your own availability
Choose online, in person, or both — and the hours you accept. Take on-demand sessions or scheduled ones. No minimum, no fixed shifts.
The admin is handled
Booking, reminders, payment collection, receipts, document handling and the transaction record sit with the platform, not on your desk.
Built for Ontario
Workflows follow Ontario rules — O. Reg. 431/20 for remote commissioning, Ontario forms and identity practice — not imported U.S. online-notary assumptions.
Two ways to serve
Online, in person, or both.
REMOTE
Virtual commissioner
Take remote commissioning appointments by secure video where the document and the parties qualify under O. Reg. 431/20.
- Affidavits, statutory declarations, oaths and affirmations
- Signer verified on camera; you complete the modified remote jurat
- Work from anywhere in Ontario, no office required
IN PERSON
In-person notary or commissioner
Take in-person appointments where an original must be examined, a signature witnessed in person, or a wet-ink seal applied.
- Certified true copies, in-person witnessing, wet-ink notarization
- At your office, or mobile where you offer it
- For documents that cannot be completed remotely
Who can join
Existing authority, verified.
The platform verifies what you already hold. It never makes anyone a notary or commissioner.
