How are extra seals and additional signatures calculated?▾
The first seal is included in the base fee. Each additional seal is $19.95 plus HST, and any add-ons — an extra document in the same session, a priority slot, or a mailed hard copy — are listed the same way, so the running total updates before you pay.
Are online commissioning and remote notarization valid in Ontario?▾
Affidavits and statutory declarations can be commissioned remotely by video under O. Reg. 431/20 where the receiving institution accepts it.
